This position is ideal for experienced supply chain professionals seeking to lead operations in a fast-paced, global organization. As a Business Operations Associate 5 in Supply Chain Operations at HP, you will be responsible for providing operational excellence in the areas of Pricing, Invoice Reconciliation, Logistics, Procurement, and Order Management.

Your primary role will involve managing end-to-end partner invoice validation, SAP S4 and non-SAP operational flows, identifying discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions. Alongside day-to-day tactical operations, you will support critical supply chain improvement projects, work across diverse teams and supply chain models, and re-engineer business processes through automation and analytics.

This role demands someone who can act as a trusted subject matter expert (SME), influence innovation in supply chain processes, and guide junior members while directly contributing to HP’s continuing supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and streamline broad processes in Logistics, Procurement, and Order Management using SAP S4 and other platforms.
• Ensure smooth invoice management and data validation between internal systems and global partners.
• Drive automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Query, UI Path, and other digital tools.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting with PowerBI, Excel, and related IT systems, enabling smarter decision-making.
• Deliver pricing analysis, inventory management, and supply chain performance insights to leadership.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP-based processes and mentor junior team members.
• Collaborate globally across teams to enable digital advancement and process reengineering.
• Challenge outdated processes and propose innovative operating models to transform services supply chains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–6 years of solid experience in the supply chain domain.
• Deep expertise in at least two supply chain functions (Logistics, Procurement, or Order Management).
• Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in SAP S4 modules (Forward/Reverse Logistics, Procurement, and Sales Order Management).
• Strong integration knowledge between SAP Logistics and other SAP modules.
• Knowledge of GRNs, invoice disputes, and order flow processes.
• Excel (expert level) and PowerPoint (advanced level) required.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills.
• Project Management exposure for driving cross-functional teams.
• Services Supply Chain knowledge will be an added advantage.
